Sitting in boardrooms surrounded by executives, Perry recognized the untapped potential of email long before it became mainstream. That conviction set the course for her professional life: building automation systems, restoring email deliverability, and proving again and again that email—done right—drives results that few channels can match.

Over two decades, Perry has led initiatives that bridged marketing, technology, and operations. She served as Executive Vice President at a 300-person M&A firm, where she oversaw IT and marketing operations. She built and managed a 100-rep call center driving registrations across dozens of U.S. cities. She engineered custom CRM and automation platforms years before tools like HubSpot or Klaviyo were widely available.

Today, Perry is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Duma Marketing, LLC, where she focuses on email marketing automation for e-commerce and medical device companies. She designs personalized systems that not only recover lost revenue through abandoned cart and browse abandonment flows, but also nurture lasting customer relationships.
